YOUR KITCHEN DESIGN PROCESS will start with a survey visit when, apart from taking measurements we will consider the features of the property, natural light, colour influences etc, as well as looking at the more practical considerations
like electrical supplies and gas and water locations.

CDK have
fully skilled tradesman able to undertake any
and all associated works which means they can handle the complete project in house.

After the survey the initial design ideas will begin to take shape using our
computer aided design programme to
create our proposals in “virtual reality” enabling you to see your kitchen and its features and discuss it with us. At this point we can make any changes or adjustments and begin
to consider details such as handles and lighting.
Our installations are carried out by our British tradesmen, selected not just for their fitting skills, but because they’re nice people too. They work British hours and don’t disappear for 3 hour lunches!

We will discuss the installation schedule with you in advance so you will have a good idea how long the project will take before any work starts.

CDK have no allegiance to any appliance manufacturer and can supply any make. However we will advise in your choice of appliances based on our experience of product quality, value for money and after sales service back up, these can
be good and bad.

Mr & Mrs C – Cumbre Del Sol

Fabulously modern kitchen with clean lines and cool colors.

Our preparatory work included bricking up an existing door and replacing it with a window over the sink. Stripping off old wall tiling and smooth plaster finishing to the walls for the grey colour which works perfectly with the white doors and chunky black granite to give the kitchen a smooth minimalistic effect.
Modern, under cabinet lighting gives the room a nice evening mood.

Customer wanted WOW! Wonderfully bright airy kitchen, colour accents are practical as well as eye catching. Vertical pull outs either side of the hob provide storage for cooking oils, spices etc whilst the one under the sink contains pull out towel rails.
Horizontally mounted doors on wall units combine with the extractor unit to create contemporary styling.
Mr & Mrs D – La Lluca

The customer wanted the kitchen to be the focal point of this extensively reformed villa. They believe we achieved that.

The door is a painted solid oak on wood grained carcases, traditionally styled with lots of glass and cabinet lighting. The central island incorporates a wine cooler and fridge.

The focal point is the black Falcon Classic 110 with matching splashback and hood.

TRULY TRADITIONAL

Well not quite!

Pilasters, campana, spice drawers, wine racks open shelving, display units in ‘dresser style’. Antique handles.

All work so well with waist high height stainless steel ovens, sleek granite, under mounted sinks and BOLD colours, to create this beautiful kitchen.

Mr & Mrs H – Javea

After a great deal of preparatory work including raised floor, suspended ceiling, wall removal, this modern style kitchen was fitted into a “finca” type property.

Flat painted cream gloss units with Silestone Negro Stellar work surfaces work well with the stainless steel appliances.

Mr & Mrs I - Costa Nova

This was a small and claustropbic room with no opportunity to extend.

We stripped off old wall tiles and after rewiring replastered the walls to a smooth finish. We opened up the wall into the lounge area and created an arch to create the illusion of more space.

The kitchen was all black!
A slate tile was used on the hob wall only.
Very striking kitchen!

Mr & Mrs J – Algorfa

Beautiful big traditional kitchen using a cream Monaco door and natural Negro sud Africa stone. The large island provides a breakfast eating area, with the Rangemaster Classic 110 and the surrounding mantle with tiled mural providing the kitchen’s focal point.

Mr & Mrs L – Moraira

Timeless traditional styling using solid oak doors, multipaneled glazed display units and decorative cornice work together to create the warm, homely ambience of an English kitchen. Only needs the smell of baking bread!

Mr & Mrs M – Torrevieja

This kitchen was originally four rooms! Our first quote of 1,200 euros was slightly exceeded. But WOW!

We knocked out the dividing walls between the old kitchen, utility room and pool shower room, and then because there was no natural light (no windows) in any of these rooms we extended the new room to incorporate a part of the garage and fitted double glazed windows.

The whole new room was then replastered, rewired and a suspended ceiling installed with down lights.

A central island with double sinks, modern appliances, aluminium framed glass doors with lighted units, plinth lights and plain walls.
A fabulous kitchen!

Mr & Mrs P – Javea

Wood toned laminated door finish is colour complemented by the floor tiles and the Tosca columns. Work surface is the beautiful natural stone Labrador Oscuro. The modern Rangemaster Toledo and the zip chimney extractor contribute to the minimalist look with storage provided in the practical island rather than wall furniture.

Mr & Mrs R – Calpe

So pleased with this one! Wished we’d taken some ‘before’ pictures. The customer asked for design suggestions and we gave them. They said yes.

We took out a wall where the peninsular unit now is and bricked up the wall where the column units stand.

We created a gas casita in the corner to the left of the hob and the right of the columns accessed from the outside of the property. We dry lined and plaster finished the remaining walls to give a clean modern backdrop to the new kitchen.

Mr & Mrs T – Javea

A huge, truly beautiful kitchen.
The kitchen is solid oak and incorporates every conceivable appliance including two ovens, two warming drawers, microwave, coffee machine, ice maker, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and drier.

Corners have tambour units with power for kettles, toasters etc. A six burner hob sits under a traditional Spanish campana constructed by our fitters onsite.

Rustic tiling and a fabulous granite worktop with two under mounted sinks and a centre island with massive storage capacity complete what is a very traditional looking kitchen crammed with modern features.

Door: V/Versalle T/L Roble Natural Glaseado
Worktop: Granito Blanco Rio

Mr & Mrs S – Javea

Great mix of colours, using walnut and stainless steel fronted units, funky extractor with work surfaces in Silestone Blanco Stellar.

Great look for a small kitchen.
